- Support “at risk” girls aged 10-15 so that they remain safe, in education and are brought up in a loving household
- Provide an environment that teaches the girls life skills and will enable them to eventually attain successful independent living
- Continue support of the girls through vocational or tertiary education so they can become productive and contribute to their community, as well as support themselves
- Ensure that the girls have opportunities to attain secure and lifelong employment through development of small business opportunities
- Provide opportunities for the ongoing development of young people
